How to integrate the chakras into your life
If you’re the intuitive sort and are already familiar with chakras take a moment to tune in and feel which ones are out of alignment. Then chant the mantra for that chakra. If you’re short on time you could even do it in as little as 30 seconds on one breath. Inhale then exhale and chant the mantra. Repeat as many times as you have time for, or move on to the next chakra mantra.
If you want to make this a part of your routine, set aside some time in your day (or evening) to do mantra chanting. You can chant all of the mantras, one on each breath if you want to cover all your chakras. For example: inhale then exhale Lam, inhale then exhale Vam and so on.
For those more advanced in chakra practices you could even imagine the colour and location of the chakra while you chant. For example: inhale, imagine the colour red at the location of the root chakra then exhale Lam or Uh. Then continue on to the next chakra if you wish or have time to do so.
One way to start chanting mantras if you can’t set aside time, is to do it when you’re waiting for something. For example, if you’re heating up your food & it will take a few minutes, do some mantra chanting then. This one might sound funny, but some people read while on the toilet but you could chant some mantras instead.
There are so many ways to integrate chakra mantras into your life. Do what resonates with you and you can even be creative and make your own chakra practice.
